Tristan Charpentier to tackle his fourth international event of the season with KMS Racing

04.07.2024 / KMS Racing Press

KMS Racing fields a Ford Fiesta Rally3 entry in this weekend’s Delfi Rally Estonia, driven by Tristan Charpentier.

The official M-Sport partner in Finland, KMS Racing, competes in the Delfi Rally Estonia with the French talent Tristan Charpentier. Driving the Ford Fiesta Rally3 in the ERC3 category, Charpentier is mounting a challenge in the competitive category after a second place finish in the previous round of the ERC, Royal Rally of Scandinavia.

Co-driving Charpentier is experienced Alexis Maillefert. The flat-out gravel event marks the first time Charpentier competes in Estonia.

-I’m feeling pretty good about competing in Estonia. We’ll also try to prepare the best we can for WRC Finland. It’s also my first rally with Alexis, and we are both looking for the fast roads of Estonia, Charpentier commented.

The 23-year-old driver made headlines in Royal Rally of Scandinavia by driving his career-first ERC stage wins, and fighting for the lead for the whole of the rally. Charpentier and Maillefert compete with number 26.

Delfi Rally Estonia is held in Otepää, Estonia between 5th and 7th of July. The rally consists of 14 special stages and 187,64 special stage kilometres.
